Ryan made the paper...again!!!!

11 Year Old All Star Game

The boys played great game last night, but ultimately lost 5-7. Ryan was lead off hiter and got 3 hits- the final one being a homerun in the sixth inning that gave him 2 RBI's tying the game! That led them into the 7th inning at 5-5. He played shortstop most of the game until he came in as pitcher at the 7th inning to relieve Hunter, who was doing awesome but getting a little tired, and got the last out 1-2-3!

Their next game is this Sunday at 1pm in Scotts Valley.

Cardinals play in Finals on Saturday June 13

Cardinals won on Tuesday and they play tomorrow in the finals. However, if they win tomorrow they will have to play the Yankees again on Sunday...it's double elimination and the Yankees have yet to lose. Check out more info on the Cardinals Team Page.

Ryan didn't get a cell phone...neither did the boys in the first row.

Ryan took part in his fifth grade promotion ceremony today. It was like a mini graduation- very nice and meaningful. I was very proud to see Ryan move on to the next level. He also received his report card and got all E's (in every subject and behavior)!!!!! Uncle Pat came to the ceremony which meant a lot to us--- thanks Uncle Pat!!!

Sarah's Dance Recital Photo Day

Sarah's dance recital is fast approaching but they already had a photo day. Here are some cute photos of Sarah and her friends. They are dancing to "Dance Kids Club"

Dr. Hedrink putting braces on Ryan!!! He was so excited, but the next morning he woke up and was in so much pain he didn't want braces anymore. But, it will be worth it! He'll have a great Smile.

Ryan's 11th Birthday

Ryan turned 11 last week and had his birthday party at Seacliff Beach. He had a lot of friends show up to the party (about 25). They are all just really good boys. They played some football...some flags...and boogie boarded. At 1:30 am Ryan came into my room with a stomach ache and ended up throwing up. Poor guy...he was so sick. He slept all day Saturday and went to bed at 4pm and didn't wake up unitl the next morning. He had to miss a baseball game and his first soccer game. He was really bummed, but he's feeling much better now.
